I keep thinking about you as we head into this year 🤍

Hey there,

January 1 is barreling toward us. Happy New Year!

And if you’re anything like the clients I talk to every day, you’re somewhere between hopeful and tired.

Wanting change… but also craving relief.

Ready for something to be different, without having to fight yourself to get there.

That’s who I’ve been thinking about as this year comes to an end.

Okay, and I’ve been thinking about you a lot as this new year starts.

Not in a “new year, new you” way.

More in a real life way.

I was talking to someone recently, smart, kind, doing “all the right things,” and she said,

“I see all these transformation stories… and I always wonder, could that ever be me?”

And my whole body wanted to answer for her.

Yes. It can be you.

But here’s the part no one really says out loud:

Every transformation I’ve ever witnessed started before the change.

It started with a moment.

A pause.

A quiet “I can’t keep doing this the same way.”

And a possibility of a new belief.

This is the playground we want to be in. That’s the arena.

As Brené Brown says, “It’s not the critic who counts… it’s the person in the arena.”

And what I’ve learned after decades of this work is that showing up, being in the room, is often the most powerful step. This is your moment. Why not you too.

That’s why I’m so excited (and honestly a little emotional) about what’s coming next.

On January 14 at 10:00 AM PT, I’m hosting a free live webinar called:

Why You Still Feel Out of Control Around Food (Even Though You Know Better)

Save your seat here: https://www.kimshapiramethod.com/webinar

This isn’t about discipline.

Or fixing yourself.

Or learning more nutrition facts.

It’s about understanding why food has felt so loud…

Why emotional eating shows up even when you know better…

And what actually creates peace, trust, and ease around food, for real.

I’ve watched people sit in this conversation and suddenly think,

“Oh… it’s not that something is wrong with me.”

And that moment?

That’s where everything starts to change.

You leave feeling lighter.

Calmer.

More hopeful about your health, your mental health, your body.

Like maybe food doesn’t have to run the show anymore.

✨ It’s free

✨ It’s live

✨ And there will be a special announcement at the end

👉 Come be in the room with me

And because I know life doesn’t change in one hour alone, I want you to know what else is here to support you, gently, when you’re ready.

I have a membership, Shifting Patterns, that meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays at 1 PM PT.

It’s $97/month, and it’s one of the most supportive spaces I’ve ever created. Real people. Real conversations. No fixing—just growth and care. Check it out here: https://www.kimshapiramethod.com/shifting-patterns-membership-homepage

In February, I’m also hosting a free one-month book club around This Is What You’re Really Hungry For.

We’ll meet Mondays at 1 PM PT.

All you need is you and the book. That’s it.

Save your seat here: https://www.kimshapiramethod.com/bookclub

Get the book here: https://amzn.to/4qw9zX9

And one small but mighty thing:

My Meal Prep Food Flow Guide, which helps take the mental load out of feeding yourself and your family, it is currently pay what you want, but the price goes up next week. Check it out here: https://www.kimshapiramethod.com/the-feel-good-food-flow

I’m sharing all of this because transformation doesn’t happen in isolation.

It happens when you feel supported.

When you stop watching from the sidelines and step into something new.

So if a part of you is wondering,

“Could this be my moment?”

I want you to hear me say:

Yes. It can be.

Start by being in the room on January 14.

I’ll be right there with you.

With so much love,

Kim

P.S. If you want, hit reply and tell me what you’re craving more of this year, peace, ease, clarity, strength. I’d love to know what you're really hungry for. 💛

Hey there, I want to take a moment to say thank you. The stories you share… the feedback… the honesty… it matters more than you know. Not because it’s encouraging (although it is), but because it reflects something deeper, real change is happening. And it usually starts the same way. One moment. One shift in awareness. One quiet “aha” that changes the way you relate to food, your body, and yourself. Then something powerful happens next… That single moment doesn’t stay a moment. It becomes a...
