I don't want you to have FOMO

Hey friends,

I had the best time this week in Bookclub! Every second of it reminded me why I love doing this work, the honesty, the curiosity, the laughter. We have three more weeks and I couldn't be more excited.

We covered so much, from understanding hunger to exploring how food can be fuel and why we think its fun. We dove into the wellness wheel, talked about practice over perfection, and most importantly, how to stay in the practice no matter what life throws at us.

If you missed any part of it, or want to join the next 3, or maybe would like to read along with a replay sign up here: https://www.kimshapiramethod.com/bookclub

This week’s mantra: I don’t need to be perfect, I just need to stay in the practice.

💭 Affirmation: I’m learning to listen to my body, love my food, and trust my process.

🎯 Goal for the week: Practice awareness. Notice your hunger cues, pause halfway through your meal, and check in with yourself, not to get it “right,” but to simply stay connected. If you aren't getting curious you are neglecting what you need to do. You got this. One thing I forgot to mention is that sometimes when I feel anxious- I remind myself I am safe. Remember to check in if your heart is open or closed. If will be interesting to see and feel the difference.

And a little thank-you from me: if you write a review for This Is What You’re Really Hungry For (anywhere: Amazon, Goodreads, Barnes & Noble, you name it), send me a screenshot and I’ll send you a free journal as your accountability partner.

Also, stay tuned, something exciting is coming soon! I’m creating a membership community where we’ll THRIVE four times a month or we will SHIFT PATTERNS twice a week to keep this practice alive together. More details (and a special Black Friday offer) are on the way.

With love,

Kim 💛

Hey there, I want to take a moment to say thank you. The stories you share… the feedback… the honesty… it matters more than you know. Not because it’s encouraging (although it is), but because it reflects something deeper, real change is happening. And it usually starts the same way. One moment. One shift in awareness. One quiet “aha” that changes the way you relate to food, your body, and yourself. Then something powerful happens next… That single moment doesn’t stay a moment. It becomes a...
